Married to Laura Piperiu (Ion), (44 years old, graduate in International Journalism at Westminster University London, UK)
Born on February 19, 1979 in Reșita, Caraș-Severin, Romania, Bogdan Piperiu studies easel painting at the Arts High School in Reșita with professor Tiberiu Orvoș and professor Nicolae Ungar. From the first years of studying painting, he shows interest in the synthesis and interpretation of the non-figurative and the study of chromatics.
He becomes a member of the Union of Plastic Artists from Romania, Reșita branch, and participates in its art salons, art camps and group exhibitions.
Bogdan Piperiu’s works can be found in the collections of galleries, regional museums, administrative and cultural institutions (both in Romania and in Germany) but also in private collections in Romania, Germany (private collections and the contemporary art collection of Tuttlingen City Hall) , United States of America, France or Switzerland.
